We allow only one (1) account per person, household, e-mail address, credit card etc. If more players wish to use the same account, exceptions can be made after proving the identity of all the connected account users.

Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “play-through”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the casino. The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 (200kr, $20, £20, C$30), unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Terms & Conditions of any specific promotion. If a withdrawal is limited due to a specific promotion, any balance over the maximum allowed amount will be removed from the player’s account after the withdrawal is paid out.
STAKES reserves the right to refuse or withhold any bonus amounts or winnings if the player’s deposited funds were cancelled or denied by the payment service. Successful withdrawals will be paid back to the player’s original method of deposit. If the deposit method account does not support a refund, or if the refund is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be paid to the player via any payment method used by a player to deposit in STAKES in the past.
In special cases, usually to prevent money laundering, the cashier will reserve the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. In this case all processing fees are player’s responsibility.
Due to restrictions of the payment processor the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is €500 (5,000kr, $500, £500, C$750). For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is €100 (1,000kr, $100, £80, C$150).
If STAKES mistakenly credits the player’s account with winnings that do not belong to the player, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of STAKES and the amount will be transferred from the Player’s account. If prior to STAKES becoming aware of the error the player has withdrawn the funds that do not belong to him, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by the player to STAKES. In the event of an incorrect crediting, the player is obliged to notify STAKES immediately by email.
STAKES will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of €2,000 (19,000kr, $2,000, £1,500, C$3,000). Nonetheless, STAKES reserves the right to carry out any such verification procedures in case of a lower payout to the player.
Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. STAKES will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail. Employees of STAKES are not permitted to bypass these instructions.
For the player’s protection, in any twenty four hour period, the player may only withdraw the maximum amount of €2,000 (19,000kr, $2,000, £1,500, C$3,000) unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.
STAKES reserves the right to request identification documents for all withdrawals.
Upon requesting a withdrawal of winnings exceeding €50,000 (470,000kr, $50,000, £40,000, C$70,000), STAKES reserves the right to payout the requested amount incrementally over 10 consecutive months, with one payout each calendar month.
STAKES reserves the right to restrict payouts to €5,000 (50,000kr, $5,000, £4,000, C$7,000) per week.
STAKES reserves the right to modify the credit card/ debit limits and/or refuse to process any withdrawals/ deposits.
STAKES finance department may take up to two (2) business days in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed.
If player accidentally makes a deposit and would like to “undo” it, this is possible only upon player’s explicit request and under the condition that there was absolutely no gaming activity on the player’s account after the deposit was made. Additionally, if player is requesting refunding of a deposit to a credit card, payment processor requires this to be done within 12 (twelve) hours after the first deposit was made.
