1. Bonus Terms and Conditions

1.1 Specific terms and conditions apply to specific promotions.

1.2. Stakes reserves the right to cancel or amend these Bonus Terms & Conditions at any point without any prior notice.

1.3. General Terms and Conditions apply in all other instances which are not specified under the Bonus Terms and Conditions.

1.4. All Stakes bonuses and offers are intended for recreational players and Stakes reserves the right to limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.

1.5. Only one bonus offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Stakes reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account and confiscate the funds of this account.

1.6.When accepting a deposit bonus, the deposit amount and the bonus amount will be placed in two separate wallets: Real Balance and Bonus Balance. A total of the two amounts combined is also provided in the Cashier section when accessing your account.

1.7. At Stakes, players can withdraw their real money balance and winnings associated with the real money balance at any time. When players decide to withdraw the real money balance including the real money balance winnings before the wagering requirements of the bonus are met, only the bonus balance will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

1.8. Players have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In the case of automatically credited bonuses, players need to contact customer support after completing their deposit to have their bonus removed. For both automatic and manual bonuses, players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering commenced. To check if there are any bonuses linked to your account, you can check this by visiting the Cashier section from ‘’My account’’.

1.9. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to receive any bonus is 10€ or equivalent in another currency.

1.10. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of forty times (40X) the bonus balance, before the bonus amount and any winnings deriving from the bonus balance can be withdrawn. If a player decides to withdraw the real money balance before the wagering requirements of the bonus are met, only the bonus balance will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. Please note that different wagering conditions might apply for VIP players such as 10x,5x,1x, or real cash bonuses. 1.11. When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he/she will bet his/her real money first, followed by bonus money.

1.12. If a player loses the entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived accordingly.

1.13. Once the wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance.

1.14. Unless otherwise stated, Cash Back or Reload bonuses are only credited if there are no pending withdrawals.

1.15. Bonuses offered by Stakes are solely intended for genuine recreational players; thus, player betting activities are constantly monitored. In case of a bonus abuse, Stakes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or lock any player account found guilty of abuse, void/revoke any pending games, and refund the original deposit. Such activities include but are not limited to, these: delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features to a later time when you have no wagering requirements; leaving large bets on the table, for example, in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed; playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value; lose the bonus funds and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play; using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.

1.16. The maximum bet allowed with bonus money or winnings derived from promotions is €5. We reserve the right of voiding bets and winnings resulting from bets of larger amounts. Feature buys or Bonus Buys, or direct buying to any bonus round or super feature is not allowed with bonus money.

1.17. Weekly bonuses and free spins are only granted after the Casino Welcome Bonus and associated free spins have been used. Please ensure you subscribe to the newsletter option to receive the daily/weekly gifts or bonuses accordingly. Failing to be opted-in, you will lose the opportunity to claim special promotions, gifts, and personalized VIP and non-VIP promotions.

1.18. Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfillment. For example, if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet €10, €10 will contribute towards wagering fulfillment. Kindly check the below table for the full games’ contribution.

1.19. The slot games listed below are excluded from all bonus promotions. Bets placed on these slots while a bonus is active will not contribute towards the wagering fulfillment of that bonus. Any winnings deriving from a bonus played on these games will be forfeited:

1.20. All deposits and free cash bonuses will expire after 30 days.

2. Casino Welcome Bonus

2.1. At Stakes, players can withdraw their real money balance and winnings associated with the real money balance at any time. When players decide to withdraw the real money balance, including the real money balance winnings, before the wagering requirements of the bonus are met, only the bonus balance will be deducted from the withdrawal amount. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure his account is fully verified before requesting any withdrawals.

2.2. The wagering requirements are forty times the bonus balance (x40). For example, if a player makes a deposit of €10 (100kr, $10, £10, C$15), the player will receive €10 (100kr, $10, £10, C$15) as bonus. To fulfill the wagering requirements, the player must wager the €10 bonus money forty times (€10 x 40 = €400 or equivalent in other currencies). The player can also decide to withdraw his real money balance before the wagering requirements are met by forfeiting the bonus balance. For VIP players, wagering requirements might include 30x, 20x, 10x, 5x, 1x, and Real Cash bonuses (No wagering requirements). This is offered at the VIP department’s casino's own discretion.

2.3. Free spins have additional terms and conditions, which are explained further in this document.

3. Free Spin Bonuses

3.1 All winnings deriving from free spins are considered to be Bonus Money and will be converted to Real Money only after the Bonus wagering requirements are met unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.

3.2. Winnings from free spins have a wagering requirement of forty (40) times unless otherwise stated and the wagering could be less only for VIP players.

3.3. Unless otherwise stated, free spins can only be granted after the Casino Welcome Bonus free spins have been used.

3.4. The maximum withdrawal on free spins winnings is €50 (1,000kr, $100, £80, C$150) or equivalent in another currency after the wagering conditions are met. Please refer to the ‘’No deposit bonuses and/or free spins bonus terms’’ below for more details.

3.5. Players from the following countries are not eligible to receive no deposit-free spins bonuses: Belarus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia and Ukraine.

3.6. Players must undergo a full KYC procedure which also includes a minimal deposit of €10 (100kr, $15, £10, C$15) or equivalent in other currencies before withdrawing winnings derived from a no deposit/free spins bonus is attempted. The deposit amount is then entirely reimbursed to the player in addition to the winnings.

4. No deposit bonuses and/or free spins

4.1. By default and unless otherwise specified, all no-deposit bonuses and/or free spins have a wagering requirement of forty (40) times (unless stated otherwise) the bonus amount and can only be wagered in Stakes.

4.2. In case of winnings derived from no deposit bonuses and/or free spins; the maximum allowed withdrawal is €50 (500kr, $50, £40, C$75) or equivalent in other currency. No deposit/free money bonus amount cannot be withdrawn with the possible exception of higher bonus amounts, higher VIP level or in case a minimum of €10 (100kr, $10, £10, C$15) have been deposited.

4.3. Players from the following countries are not eligible to receive no deposit free spins bonuses: Bulgaria, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.

4.4. Players must undergo a complete KYC procedure which also includes a minimal deposit of €10 (100kr, $15, £10, C$15) or equivalent in other currency before withdrawing winnings derived from a no deposit/free spins bonus is attempted. The deposit amount is then entirely reimbursed to the player in addition to the winnings.

4.5. No deposit bonuses and/or free spins cannot be issued to players whose balance is greater than €1.

4.6. Balances deriving from No-deposit bonuses such as free money and/or free spins, will be removed if the player is inactive for more than 30 days and never made a deposit.

5. Cashback Bonus

5.1. A Cashback bonus is a bonus which is not triggered or linked to a specific deposit and is given manually by a member of the Stakes team.

5.2. A cashback bonus is mostly given as a percentage of losses incurred, back into the player’s account.

5.3. Cashback bonus credited bonus amounts can be credited as a goodwill gesture or regularly/occasionally to selected players for loyalty compensation and/or as part of the Stakes VIP program which is purely by invitation. Amounts and wagering requirements are decided on a case-by-case basis according to the player activity frequency and amount of losses incurred. Stakes is committed to offering exceptional value to all VIP players.

5.4. VIP players mayqualify for bonuses with low wagering of 1 time (1x) and real money bonuses granted by the Casino/Account Manager. Please contact vip@stakes.com for more information.

5.5. Non-credited cashback must be claimed within the current month (deposit made the last day of the month cashback can be claimed the following day CET time).

5.6. The minimum credited cashback amount is €5 (50kr, $5, £5, C$5) or equivalent in another currency.

5,7, Cashback bonuses may or may not carry wagering requirements depending on the VIP level of the player or according to specific cashback promotions that are issued from time to time.

5.8. In order for a player to be eligible to receive cashback bonuses, his account balance must be under €1 or equivalent in other currency and have no pending withdrawals.

5.9. Stakes management reserves the right to change or cancel its cashback program at any given time, for any reason deemed necessary by the management and without pre-advice.
